Overview
PIF Pro provides searching capability to find customers, repair orders, vehicles and more using most any known relevant information. For example, locate Customer Records by searching with an account name, first/last name, or even an Old RO# with their name on it. Clicking on a search result then shows you the page for that record.
To Access the search feature, click on Search in the menubar at the top of the screen. Select the desired search type from the list on the left. Upon entering search critera click on Lookup or press enter to search.

Search Types
Using the search feature, you can search for a variety of things.
- Customer and Vehicle records
- Estimates, ROs, QTickets, and Jobs
- Checklists
- Parts and Barcodes
- POs
