Help Tickets

Help tickets provide a convenient way to get answers to questions without picking up the phone.

Within the program click Help -> New Help Ticket. Please be sure to provide the following information:

Product

  • Which of our PIF solutions you are using

Help Category

  • Selecting a category helps us file your request to ensure a faster response

Importance

  • How important you feel your request is. This helps us triage incoming requests.

Name

  • Providing your name enables further contact from us about the issue.

Email

  • Providing your email address gives us another way to contact you regarding this issue.

Phone

  • Please provide a phone number where you might be reached concerning this help ticket.

Description

  • Please be as detailed as possible when describing the issue, including specifics such as RO numbers or sequence of events.
